Terms of Service

All products sold on the Site are research grade compounds intended solely for laboratory and in vitro research. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, and they are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. By purchasing, you confirm that you are buying for research purposes only and that you will handle, store, and use the products in accordance with all applicable laws and safety standards.

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site you represent that you are 21 or older, that you are legally able to enter into these Terms, and that any information you provide is accurate.

You may create an account to place orders, view order history, and take part in our rewards or affiliate programs. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at contact@nuvionlabs.co if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout, which currently include Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Your order is not confirmed until we receive and verify payment. Orders that remain unpaid after 7 days may be cancelled and returned to stock. Please include only your order number in the payment note, and send Venmo payments as Friends and Family, as instructed on the confirmation page. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, resale, or use contrary to Section 1. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown when issued, may not be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. Gift cards are redeemable only on the Site, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and have no expiration date. Reward points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted or cancelled if an order is refunded or cancelled.

We ship within the United States. Orders are typically shipped within one to two business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Free shipping applies only where stated. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided.

Our Refund Policy, available at /refund-policy, forms part of these Terms.

We publish certificates of analysis from independent laboratories for our products. Product images are for illustration. We do not warrant that any product is suitable for a particular research purpose. It is your responsibility to determine suitability and to comply with the laws that apply to you.

Participation in the Nuvion Labs affiliate program is governed by a separate Affiliate Agreement, which you accept when you join. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

You agree not to use the Site to break any law, to interfere with the Site or other users, to scrape or copy content without permission, to misrepresent your identity, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems.

The Site, its design, text, images, logos, and the Nuvion Labs name and marks belong to Nuvion Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuvion Labs LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuvion Labs LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of any product contrary to Section 1.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
