Privacy Policy

Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, account password (stored only as a secure hash), date of birth for affiliate applicants, payout details for affiliates, and anything you include in messages to us.

Information from your orders: what you bought, when, the payment method you selected, and the order number. We do not receive or store your bank, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App account details; payment happens in those apps, not on our Site.

Information collected automatically: IP address (stored in hashed form for affiliate referral tracking), browser and device type, pages viewed, and referral source. We use cookies for the shopping cart, your login session, remembering that you passed the age gate, and affiliate referral attribution for 30 days.

Push notifications: if you turn them on, we store a subscription token for your device so we can send order updates or announcements. Turning them off in your account or device settings removes it.

To process and ship orders, confirm payments, and send order and shipping updates. To run your account, rewards, and gift cards. To operate the affiliate program, including tracking referrals, calculating commissions, and paying affiliates. To send marketing emails or push notifications only if you opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every email. To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

Service providers who help us run the Site: our hosting provider, Cloudflare for site delivery and security, Amazon Web Services for sending email, Shippo and the shipping carriers for labels and delivery, and our print on demand partner for merchandise orders. They receive only what they need to perform their service. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Recent orders shown on the Site: we may show a notice on the Site that an order was recently placed, giving only a first name, last initial, and state, along with the product. It never includes your email address, street address, phone number, or what you paid. You can opt out at checkout, and your order will not be shown.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.

If you were referred by an affiliate, that affiliate can see that a referral occurred, the order total, and their commission. They cannot see your name, address, or contact details.

You can view and update your account details, addresses, and notification preferences in your account. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You can opt out of appearing in the recent orders notice when you check out. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing contact@nuvionlabs.co; we will respond within 30 days and may need to keep certain records, such as order history, to meet legal or accounting requirements.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Marketing data is removed when you unsubscribe.

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and off site backups. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The effective date will change when we do.
